NEW CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSISTENT: KAROLINA ZAPADKA

In addition to Ruud, we have another employee who has changed positions within Vetipak Oss. Karolina Zapadka recently started as our new customer support assistant.

Karolina is 33 years old and lives with her boyfriend and two children (aged 3 and 1) in Oss. About 10 years ago she came from Poland, Krapkowice (between Wroclaw and Katowice) to live and work in Oss.

Karolina therefore lived in Poland and studied Economics in Wroclaw. She obtained her bachelor there and decided to come to the Netherlands to look for new challenges and discover what it is like to live and work in another country. Her intention was to stay here for several months, but she liked The Netherlands so much that decided to stay here. After a short time she started working at Vetipak as a production employee. After several years she became assistant team leader and in 2013 she officially (permanently) joined Vetipak as an assistant team leader.

After five years of being  assistant team leader, Karolina was again looking for a new challenge. She wanted to develop herself and move on in her career. When the vacancy of customer support assistant became available, she immediately decided to go for it. In her previous positions she has gained a lot of knowledge , therefore she is well aware of what is going on in the production area and she already knows many systems and processes.

Since the 29th of January, Karolina has officially joined the commercial department as one of the two customer support assistants we have within Vetipak Oss. Karolina is the first point of contact for a number of clients and besides that she is busy filling the cookbook, creating new articles, order entry, planning, and supporting  the commercial department. Up to now, the really enjoys her work and she learns a lot from her colleagues.

As a hobby, Karolina likes to travel, play sports (volleyball), cycling, reading and she likes to do fun things with her family.

Karolina, we also want to wish you a lot of fun and good luck too!
